Programme Overview

ENSM offers a Certificate of Christian Ministry through a hybrid programme centred on a two-week residential intensive with an online preparation pathway.

Core Integrative Outcomes

Christ-Centered Spirituality

At the end of our program, graduates will exhibit a deep and consistent devotion to Jesus, nurturing healthy spiritual practices that foster personal holiness, emotional resilience, and sustainable ministry.

They will demonstrate biblical integrity, authentic love for God’s people, and a fruitful relationship with the Holy Spirit.

Apostolic Leadership

At the end of our program, graduates will serve the church with visionary, faith-filled leadership, exemplifying pastoral care, team-building, and strategic mobilization. They will pioneer new initiatives, empower others to lead, and advance God’s kingdom through bold yet humble service that is aligned with sound doctrine and Spirit-led direction.

Gospel-Rooted Foundation

At the end of our program, graduates will be equipped to craft, communicate,
and defend sound doctrine grounded in Scripture and illuminated by the Spirit.

They will articulate the gospel message with clarity and conviction, effectively contextualizing biblical truth for disciple making and church growth in modern Europe.

Practical Ministry Skills

At the end of our program, graduates will have hands-on proficiency in preaching, teaching, discipling, worship leading, and other core competencies.

They will confidently apply these skills in diverse church settings or missionary contexts, demonstrating both organizational effectiveness and Spirit-led innovation in their local communities.

Spirit-Empowered Mission in Europe

At the end of our program, graduates will live out a mission-focused lifestyle shaped by a biblical theology of mission and a heart for Europe’s harvest.

They will work cross-culturally with humility and compassion, mobilizing others through prayer, giving, and going to see the gospel transform cities, campuses, and nations across Europe.

WHAT'S NEW

WHAT'S NEW

From 15 Months to Two Week

Originally, ENSM's comprehensive curriculum extended over 15 months.

Our updated programme now condenses the same transformative content into an intensive two-week residential experience. This streamlined format offers focused, immersive learning tailored for maximum impact.

Leadership215 as a Preferred Prerequisite

Leadership215 (L215) is Every Nation’s globally recognized standard for ordained ministry training. Initially, ENSM was Europe's sole provider of L215. Now, with L215 widely available through many local churches, broader access is possible. Completion of L215 is strongly recommended but not mandatory, and priority enrollment is given to those who have completed this foundational training.

Unified Core Curriculum

Previously, ENSM students chose from specialized ministry tracks. We've unified the strongest elements from these tracks into a cohesive core curriculum. This unified approach fosters deeper community, enhances collaboration, and ensures every student receives comprehensive training across essential ministry competencies.

Expanded Courses and New Faculty

Our new programme format allows us to introduce additional courses and renowned faculty, enhancing our training in core fundamentals essential for effective ministry in Europe. Faculty highlights include:

  • Dr Greg Mitchell: Specializing in practical theology, Dr Mitchell provides expert instruction in healthy spirituality and pastoral care.

  • Frans Olivier: A gifted evangelist, Frans has equipped thousands with practical skills and confidence to share the good news of Jesus effectively.

Our faculty continues to grow, ensuring students receive diverse, world-class instruction tailored to Europe's unique ministry context.

Specialized Training Opportunities

Alongside our core curriculum, ENSM provides three specialized training tracks tailored to enhance your ministry effectiveness:

1) Campus Missionary Training Programme (CMTP)

Recognizing the strategic importance of reaching students across Europe, ENSM offers an expanded training track specifically for campus missionaries. CMTP includes two additional weeks—one immediately before and one directly following the ENSM residential programme. Participants benefit from the core ENSM curriculum, complemented by focused campus ministry instruction. Separate registration for CMTP is available here. Please note, enrollment in CMTP automatically includes participation in the ENSM residential weeks.

2) Church Planter Bootcamp

The Church Planter Bootcamp is an intensive, one-week training experience exclusively for School of Ministry graduates preparing to launch new churches. This focused programme provides practical training from seasoned church planters in essential areas such as vision casting, leadership development, team building, outreach strategies, fundraising, and strategic planning.

Through interactive sessions, practical workshops, and personalized coaching, you'll develop a clear, actionable plan tailored to your specific calling. Our aim is to equip you spiritually and practically, giving you the confidence and competence needed to successfully plant vibrant churches. Learn more about our Church Planter Bootcamp here.

3) Upgrade Weeks

Ministry effectiveness requires continual growth. ENSM’s Upgrade Weeks offer targeted training on specific practices, topics, or themes, designed to enhance your leadership capacity and refine your skills. Stay updated on upcoming Upgrade Weeks here.

‘‘I got a huge boost of encouragement from [the residential]. I've been in full-time ministry for a few years and it's easy to get discouraged and feel like you're the only one who's struggling. I really appreciate the mix in ages and stages of life- I learned so much from the older ones and felt like I had something worth sharing with the younger ones. So so so much encouragement because of this week.

I also think the content and the teachers are top class. It was good to take stock of where my ministry is right now and have vision for what God can do!’’
