ENSM is intentionally designed to serve vocational ministers within Every Nation (including church planters, pastors, campus missionaries, and cross-cultural missionaries) as well as local church leaders (such as evangelists, elders, youth and children's workers, and social outreach leaders).
While we welcome applicants from outside Every Nation, our priority is equipping leaders committed to gospel ministry within the European context.

ENSM exists to honour God and serve Every Nation churches by developing Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, and socially responsible leaders who can effectively reach God’s harvest in Europe.
VISION
Our vision is to be a leading Europe-based school dedicated to training and empowering ministry leaders from all nations for effective gospel ministry and local church leadership in nations across the continent.

Recruit and equip students specifically called to minister in Europe.
Identify, recruit, and develop exceptional Europe-based faculty.
Instil the distinctive Every Nation DNA—evangelical, Spirit-empowered, apostolicl—into emerging European leaders.
Connect students with successful Every Nation churches and leaders in Europe who have effectively engaged their contexts with the gospel.

Why ENSM?
For over twenty-five years, Every Nation has planted Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, and socially responsible campus-reaching churches across Europe. While the primary locus of leadership in Every Nation will always be the local church, regional training schools like ENSM play a vital role in equipping vocational and emerging leaders with the biblical, theological and leadership foundations and practical ministry skills necessary for sustainable and effective ministry in the European context.
We believe impactful and fruitful ministry in Europe is not just possible—it’s our calling. We envision the Revelation 7 throne room filled with Europeans who have come to Christ. Despite the unique challenges of ministering in Europe, we believe that God has called us to overcome them through faith and perseverance, trusting God for lasting fruit.
This commitment inspired the launch of Every Nation Europe School of Ministry. At ENSM, our Certificate in Christian Ministry combines a two-week intensive residential programme with supplementary reading and video lectures. Our goal is clear: to accelerate leadership development among our pastors, missionaries, and local church leaders, transforming today’s emerging leaders into tomorrow’s apostolic pioneers.
At ENSM, we are not focused on academic achievements or credentials. Instead, we are dedicated to raising Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible leaders capable of effectively reaching God’s harvest in Europe.
One of the themes of the Reformation was After the darkness, light (We understand the challenges in Europe, and we believe God has called us to overcome those challenges and bear fruit that remains in Europe). We believe that God’s glory is again breaking into Europe, and we invite you to be part of the journey with us.
