What is the Every Nation Europe School of Ministry?

For more than thirty years, Every Nation has pursued its mission to plant churches that effectively reach university campuses throughout Europe. At the heart of this vision is raising and sending leaders into every nation—leaders who are Christ-centred, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to social responsibility.

From across Europe

At Every Nation Europe School of Ministry (ENSM), you'll experience a vibrant learning environment enriched by diversity—not only among our experienced faculty but also within our student body. Our students come from all over Europe, bringing unique perspectives and experiences as pastors, campus missionaries, and local church leaders. This diversity provides a dynamic context to equip you effectively for ministry throughout Europe.

For Europe

What does it take to effectively reach Europe with the gospel? ENSM was created by European leaders specifically to equip people for impactful ministry across the continent. Whether you're a native European leader or serving as a cross-cultural missionary, ENSM provides the training, insights, and skills you need for effective gospel ministry tailored to your unique context.

European Contextual

We believe now is the time for Europe. We believe that Europe can and will be transformed through the gospel of Jesus Christ. We see Europe transformed. Christ's love will capture hearts and Christ's truth will conquer minds. The light of God’s Word will again shine brightly in the homes, schools, universities, and institutions of Europe. But this vision for Europe will only be fulfilled as leaders are equipped to faithfully engage their context in appropriate ways.

ENSM is intentionally designed to serve vocational ministers within Every Nation (including church planters, pastors, campus missionaries, and cross-cultural missionaries) as well as local church leaders (such as evangelists, elders, youth and children's workers, and social outreach leaders).

While we welcome applicants from outside Every Nation, our priority is equipping leaders committed to gospel ministry within the European context.
